Supercar Experience Boise $1 Rental Promotion - Official Terms & Conditions

• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Proof of active auto insurance required
• Available in Boise, ID for rental experience

• Vehicle must be returned on time and in perfect condition
• No reckless driving, racing, or out-of-boundary travel allowed

1. Promotion Overview

The Supercar Experience Boise $1 Rental Promotion (“Promotion”) provides eligible participants the chance to rent a designated supercar for $1 USD. One (1) winner will be selected each month in June, July, and August 2025. Winners receive a 4-hour rental experience subject to the terms in this document.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Hold active personal auto insurance meeting or exceeding Idaho's minimum liability standards.
• Provide a valid credit card in their name for deposit authorization.
• Reside in or be physically present in Boise, Idaho for the redemption.
• Submit a valid entry form at supercarexp.vip/pages/boise-giveaway.

3. Winner Selection & Entry Period

• Entry Period: May 1 to August 31, 2025
• Draw Dates: June 1, July 1, and August 1, 2025
• Winners will be selected at random and notified via email or phone.
• Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture.

4. Rental and Vehicle Terms

• Mileage Limit: 100 miles included. Excess mileage billed at standard per-mile rate.
• Security Deposit: A $350 security deposit via credit card authorization is required.
• Inspection: Vehicle condition is documented before and after rental.
• Return: Vehicle must be returned on time, in the same condition, and with agreed fuel levels.

5. Mandatory Content Participation

• Participate in video and photo shoots during the experience.
• Provide testimonial-style content.
• Grant Supercar Experience Boise the unrestricted right to use their image, likeness, and name in perpetuity.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Winners are solely responsible for any injury, accident, or damage incurred.
• Vehicle may not be used for racing or reckless driving.
• Collision damage waiver (CDW) may be offered but does not cover reckless use.
• Participants assume all risk.

7. Use Restrictions

• Must remain within 100 miles of Boise.
• May not be driven under the influence.
• May only be operated by the winner unless otherwise approved.
• Is not allowed on racetracks or outside Idaho without consent.

8. Fees & Violations

• Tolls, traffic tickets, or fines.
• Additional cleaning, refueling, or misuse fees.
• Any charges exceeding the $350 deposit.

9. Cancellation, Substitution & Right to Terminate

• Cancel or postpone due to weather or mechanical issues.
• Substitute vehicle with comparable model.
• Terminate rental for policy violations.

10. Privacy & Communications

• Receive communications from Supercar Experience Boise.
• Accept the use of their data as per the Privacy Policy.
• Allow data use for promotional communications.

Legal Notice

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and release Supercar Experience Boise from liability. Additional rental policy terms may apply at time of redemption.
