Yes. Renters must have active personal auto insurance that meets or exceeds Las Vegas's minimum liability coverage.

Yes. A $350 security deposit is required prior to the rental. This is an authorization hold on a valid credit card in the renter’s name and will be released after the vehicle is returned in proper condition.

No. Reckless driving, racing, or off-road use is strictly prohibited. Rentals must remain within 100 miles of Las Vegas unless prior approval is granted.

Only the approved renter may operate the vehicle unless additional drivers are pre-authorized and meet all eligibility requirements.

Renters must return the vehicle on time, in the same condition as when it was received, and with the agreed-upon fuel level. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive wear, or insufficient fuel.

Supercar Experience Scottsdale reserves the right to terminate the rental if any terms are violated, including reckless use, substance influence, or unauthorized travel. Additional fees may be applied.

Yes. Renters are responsible for tolls, traffic tickets, fines, excessive cleaning, refueling, or any damage fees beyond the deposit.

The rental may be canceled or postponed due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues. A substitute vehicle may be provided at Supercar Experience Las Vegas' discretion.

Renters assume full responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the rental. Collision Damage Waivers may be available but do not cover misuse or reckless behavior.
